Amber, my amazing girlfriend will rate and provide feedback on the dishes. This is to keep my head from getting any bigger; I'm Irish*. My approach to publishing Amber's thoughts will be the same sort of approach that Saddam Hussein's Ministry of Information took when publishing Iraqi public opinion.
